Official Rules – JASE Center Free Birthday Party Giveaway

This Giveaway is sponsored by JASE Center, located at 12393 Hagen Ranch Rd, Boynton Beach, FL 33437, and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.

Eligibility:

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of JASE Center and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter:

To enter, complete the official entry form available via Facebook Lead Ads. Required fields include parent’s full name, email address, phone number, and the child’s age and birthday month. Limit one entry per person.

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on November 30, 2025 to be eligible.

Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a Free Birthday Party “Joy Package” at JASE Center, including:

  • Use of the facility for a birthday party for up to 10 children
  • Party features as described in the “Joy Package” offering (subject to availability and package details at time of booking)
  • Approximate retail value: $350

The party must be scheduled within 3 months of the winner notification and held at JASE Center within 12 months in accordance with normal booking policies and availability.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 2, 2025. The selected winner will be contacted by email and/or phone. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow JASE Center to use their name, likeness, and photos from the party for promotional purposes in print, online, and social media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions:

JASE Center reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. JASE Center is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for any technical or human error that may occur.

Privacy:

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the JASE Center Privacy Policy. Entrants may be contacted with promotional offers and updates and may opt out at any time.
