By using our website or participating in any JASE program, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all rules posted in our center. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
JASE offers a variety of children’s enrichment programs including:
All program fees, party deposits, and memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Party deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available date with advance notice.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian unless attending a drop-off program where specified. JASE Center maintains a safe environment but is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow rules, or behavior of other guests.
Participation in JASE programs requires a signed liability waiver. By attending events or programs, you consent to routine safety procedures and guidelines.
JASE may capture photos or videos for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your child included, please notify staff upon arrival.
Users agree not to misuse our website, booking system, or digital platform. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit our system will result in account termination.
All content, branding, images, curriculum materials, character art (including Jammin JASE), and digital assets are the intellectual property of JASE Center and may not be copied or reproduced.
JASE Center is not liable for lost items, personal property damage, or injuries resulting from failure to follow rules, misconduct, or unsafe behavior.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
